You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
If your product isn’t working for you, if you changed your mind, or if your skin simply needs something different — you’re covered. No guilt, no pressure.

Returns should be sent to our PO Box, which we’ll include in your return instructions.
Please note: packages sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted — we want to make sure they reach the right place.
🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For our customers in the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. We honor this fully.
💛 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks can take a little time to process refunds — if 15 business days have passed and nothing has shown up yet, please reach out and we’ll take care of it.
